About Us
Parkview Playschool is a cooperative preschool for children ages
3-5. Classes are grouped by age level and meet on specified days. Each
class has two teachers
and a parent volunteer in the classroom each day. Parents assist the teachers
on a rotating basis. They also provide juice and healthy snack for the day.
Our classroom structure is unique because we utilize two
adjoining classrooms each day. This allows the teachers to work with the
children in a small group
setting.
The school year runs from September through May. Vacations, holidays, and
school closings follow the Fairview Park City School schedule, except for
teacher work days.
Parents of prospective students may visit the classroom and/or observe classes
by making an appointment through the registrar.
